They also made it clear that if there were any bags hanging out at all we would be charged even though they were picking our garbage up four days late. They acted as though they were doing us a favor by not charging us extra for their mistake. I mean really?!? By the end of the conversation ***** said they could send someone out four days later at no additional charge. At one point ***** tried to say maybe its too full and the garbage is stuck. The driver put in the notes that it was picked up so in the end ***** couldnt blame us and say it was not out on time. One week they missed it, I called and spoke to ***** and he tried everything to blame it on us. I have four kids, two in diaper products so we need our garbage picked up weekly. This is the worst possible garbage company there is. ![]()
